Outline
The exam board is OCR and examinations are taken at the end of the two-year course. There are three aspects to the assessment of this course and students will be tested on their knowledge of computer systems, algorithms and programming. Students will be also be given the opportunity to complete a non-exam programming project.
Entry Requirements
Students will need a minimum of three grade 4s and three grade 5s at GCSE including a grade 5 in English and Maths.Additional Information: We will consider 1 Vocational qualification in place of a GCSE as long as a grade 5 is achieved in English.
