ATTENDANCE

If you are going to be absent from college a parent or guardian will be required to telephone the Attendance Line. Your parents will be required to phone for each day of absence – before the start of your first lesson.

If you call through your absence, we will contact your parents shortly afterwards to clarify. Please do not email tutors to report your absence. You can email them to request the work you are missing but not to report absent.

You will need to call the Attendance Line  0161 631 5001, (Pendleton Sixth Form College) then Option (Attendance) before the start of your first lesson for each day of absence. Please try and arrange appointments around your study time.

We will need to see proof of any medical or other appointments during in college times.
